It’s all about the sauce. I feel bad for people with nut allergies because this is awesome sauce.
Peanut Sauce
1/2 c peanut butter
2T coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1T sesame oil
1 jalapeno, deseeded
1 clove garlic
1″ ginger
2T maple syrup
1/4c water (varies)
Throw it all in a blender and blend away. I like this sauce smooth so I blend it for a few minutes.
I used this sauce to make a Peanut Noodle Salad.
Alternatives:
Spicier – add 1T siracha, 1t red pepper flakes, 1/2t cayene, or 1 habanero
Calmer – remove jalapeno
Say you made this and it is wayyyy too spicy for you, add some maple (or honey) 1T at a time until the sauce is at your own spicy heat level.
